speaking of sushi, how does one eat this roll?
(interesting note: I haven’t taken Japanese in a while, but I think I heard them counting the nigiri-sushi at the end with 匹 (pronounced hiki or piki), which is used to count small animals)
I love a good tofu scramble. This tofu scramble is one that I make when I want tofu scramble with Japanese flavors. (Note: I eat this scramble for dinner, not breakfast.)
Ingredients are: firm tofu, carrots, kale, soy sauce (I use reduced-sodium Tamari), toasted sesame seeds and sesame oil.
