Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor

 

debbietan: Heavenly EggsOrganic eggs, chopped onions, minced garlic, sliced mushrooms, marinara, torn basil leaves, grated parmesan cheese, black pepper, whole wheat toast1) Onions, garlic, mushrooms - cooked in olive oil2) Added 1 cup of marinara into pan - low/medium simmer3) Added basil leaves & eggs into marinara, simmered for about 8 minutes (length of time dependent on how cooked/runny you want the eggs to be.)4) Served atop whole wheat toast, sprinkled w/ grated parmesan cheese & black pepperWe loved this. Easily adjustable recipe. Will be getting more creative with this next time :)

We loved this. Easily adjustable recipe. Will be getting more creative with this next time :)
